
Meditation
Meditation is the foundation upon which all yoga practices are built. Through meditation, we harness the power of the mind - the localized expression of consciousness and cultivate a state of inner silence that allow us to connect with our higher selves.

When we devote at least 20 minutes daily to meditation, we begin to experience profound transformation and transcendence. This practice awakens us to the joy of the present moment and opens our hearts and minds to the our true nature which is pure conscious bliss.

Himalayan Meditation Initiation
Himalayan Meditation is a simple, effective, and powerful technique that consists of breathwork, kriya, and mantra. Rooted in the Yog-Vedantic tradition of the Himalayas, this practice has been passed down from teacher to student for thousands of years, preserving its sacredness and essence.
The initiation consists of two sessions, each lasting 2-3 hours, over two consecutive days. This can be done in person or online.
Course Inclusions:

Comprehensive information about meditation and an introduction to the practice.

Initiation into the Himalayan Meditation Technique and Kriya 1 (the foundational practice of the kriya tradition from the Babaji lineage).

Personal mantra assignment.

Guided Himalayan Meditation practices.

Follow-up meetings/calls after completing the initiation.
