Kriya Yoga
This practice merges the timeless Vedic and Tantric traditions and has roots in the Babaji lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda (author of Autobiography of a Yogi).

While karma is action that creates bondage, Kriya is action that fosters expansion and liberation. It is the most effective practice in yoga for personal evolution, helping us transcend limitations while expanding consciousness and facilitating self-realization. Kriya awakens prana, increasing our access to subtle energy and allowing us to tap into unity consciousness.

We achieve these transformative states through a blend of postures, mantras (sacred sounds), mudras (hand gestures), breath, and movement—all designed to purify the body and calm the mind. This practice creates profound shifts in our physical, mental, and energetic bodies, releasing old patterns and traumas while stimulating healing at a cellular level. Kriya also revitalizes our blood, filling it with fresh oxygen to rejuvenate the body.

This ancient technology was hidden during the dark ages, only to be revived by Mahavatar Babaji. For centuries, Kriya yoga was shared exclusively between guru and disciple, but today, these sacred teachings are accessible through initiated teachers.

Within our spine lies the potential for higher perception, often dormant in many of us. It is here that the divine energy flows into our nervous system and into the world. Through Kriya, we strengthen both our physical and energetic bodies, allowing us to hold and sustain the rising of Kundalini energy.

Kundalini represents our innate ability to shift, transform, and evolve, unlocking our fullest potential. Kriya prepares us to access this powerful energy and ensures a smooth awakening process. In my own journey, I have experienced Kriyas that lifted me into states of bliss and joy, as well as those that challenged me to confront the very core of who I am, both physically and mentally.

These practices are a shortcut to evolution, rapidly shifting our energetic state. Personally, Kriya has been the most transformative practice I’ve encountered, giving me a profound sense of my own power.

As we commit to this practice, we cultivate a deeper awareness of ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. This journey guides us from darkness to light, helping us break free from conditioning and access the truth of who we really are—the space where our creativity and potential truly reside.
